Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Service Description

We offer a range of design and marketing services including::

Visual identity and logo design

Digital marketing and social media management

Print and advertising design

Brand consulting and marketing planning

Payment and Pricing

Prices are agreed upon in advance in the project contract or price quote
A 50% advance payment is made when starting work on the project
The remaining 50% upon final delivery and approval of designs

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of final designs transfers to the client after completing all agreed payments. We reserve the right to use completed designs in our portfolio unless the contract specifies otherwise. All source files (AI, PSD, etc.) are delivered to the client.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our designs. The client is responsible for ensuring that provided content does not violate intellectual property rights of other parties. The maximum extent of our liability does not exceed the amount paid for the service.
